Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to services provided by 911 Road Service, Inc. ("911 Road Service," "we") and to use of 911roadservice.us. By requesting service, you agree to these terms. Fleet account agreements, where signed, take priority if they conflict.
1. Not an emergency service
911 Road Service is a private towing company and is not affiliated with any government 911 emergency system. If anyone is injured or in danger, call 911 emergency services first.
2. Services
We provide consensual towing, roadside assistance (jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery), vehicle recovery, specialty transport, and fleet services. We do not perform non-consent or private-property enforcement towing.
3. Quotes and charges
- Dispatch provides a quote before sending a truck, based on the information you give us.
- If conditions on scene differ materially from what was described — for example, the vehicle needs winching, has locked wheels, or is in a different location — the driver will explain any additional charge and obtain your approval before proceeding.
- Fuel delivered is billed at cost. Tolls are billed only when the route requires them.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless you have an approved business account.
4. Authorization
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to have it moved or opened. For lockouts and releases, we require valid ID and proof of ownership or authorization and may refuse service without it.
5. Vehicle condition and personal property
We photograph vehicles before loading and after delivery. Please remove valuables; we are not responsible for loose personal items left in the vehicle. Pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, and damage caused by the vehicle's condition (such as rust, failed tie rods, or loose body panels) are not our responsibility.
6. Lockout and roadside limitations
Lockout tools are designed to be non-damaging, but some vehicles carry a small risk of minor damage to weatherstripping or trim. Jump starts may not resolve underlying electrical problems. We'll explain any specific risk before we begin.
7. Arrival times
ETAs are good-faith estimates and can change due to traffic, weather, road closures, or earlier calls. We'll update you if your ETA changes significantly.
8. Damage claims
Report any suspected damage caused by our service within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to support@911roadservice.us. We'll compare your photos with ours and, where our service caused the damage, repair it, reimburse you, or file a claim with our insurer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as rental cars, lost wages, or missed appointments. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, including liability under our on-hook coverage for damage we cause.
10. Complaints and disputes
Contact support@911roadservice.us or call (561) 798-4126. We respond within one business day and provide a written decision within 10 business days. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation in Palm Beach County, Florida before filing suit, except for small claims matters. You may also contact your local consumer protection office.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Palm Beach County, Florida.
