911 Road Service, Inc. is a towing and roadside assistance company based in Royal Palm Beach. We serve drivers, families, and businesses across Palm Beach County — day or night.
Our story
Started with one truck and a phone that always got answered.
We built this company around a simple idea: when someone calls for a tow, they're usually having a bad day. They deserve a real person on the phone, a fair price up front, and a driver who treats their car like it matters.
Today we run flatbeds and light-duty trucks out of Royal Palm Beach, covering the western communities, the coast, and the highways in between. Our dispatchers know the area — the canals, the gated communities, and the Turnpike exits — so we get to you faster.
