Complaints, damage claims & disputes

If you're unhappy with a charge, our service, or the condition of your vehicle after a tow, tell us directly.

  1. 01Email support@911roadservice.us or select "Complaint or damage claim" above. Include the date, receipt number, and photos.
  2. 02A manager responds within one business day and compares your photos with our pickup and drop-off photos.
  3. 03You receive a written decision within 10 business days — a refund or credit under our Refund Policy, or a damage claim filed with our insurer.
  4. 04Unresolved disputes follow the mediation process in our Terms of Service.
