What if the jump start doesn't work?
If the vehicle won't start or stay running, we can tow it right away. The roadside service charge is credited toward the tow on the same call.
Can you unlock a car with a child or pet inside?
In Florida heat, a child or pet locked in a car is an emergency — call 911 immediately. Then call us; we'll prioritize the call, but don't wait for us if emergency responders can get there first.
Do you sell batteries or tires?
We don't carry replacement batteries or tires. We'll get you running or tow you to a shop that does.
